There are no shortcuts in creating beautiful smiles at Limbaugh Orthodontics. Orthodontist, Dr. Lindsay Limbaugh, and the Limbaugh team’s sole mission is to exceed expectations from day one through treatment completion.
Dr. Lindsay Durham Limbaugh was born and raised in Fort Payne, Alabama. She attended Auburn University, where she graduated in 1999 Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Microbiology, and received a Dental Merit scholarship to attend the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham.
As a dental student, Dr. Limbaugh held various offices including: President of the Alabama Association of Women Dentists, Student Government Association representative, member of the dental school’s Curriculum Committee, and Student Ambassador for the dental school. Dr. Limbaugh was also an active volunteer for the Special Olympics-Special Smiles program, the Colgate Smiles program, as well as a volunteer at the Sparks Clinic for special needs patients.
Dr. Limbaugh led a campaign to create a “Dental Awareness” Girl Scout badge, and organized the Bread and Roses program, in which donations were collected and oral hygiene instructions were taught at local shelters.
Upon graduation from dental school in 2003, Dr. Lindsay Limbaugh was awarded numerous honors, including induction into the exclusive Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society, was recognized for being on the Dean’s List each quarter during all four years of dental school, and received an additional five awards for scholastic achievement, clinical ability, and patient care: the Birmingham District Dental Society Overall Clinical Ability Award, the American Academy of Oral Medicine Award, the Psi Omega National Council Scholastic Achievement Award, the Quintessence Award for Academic Achievement, and the Eleanor J. Bushee Senior Dental Student Award for Academic Excellence and Outstanding Leadership.
Dr. Limbaugh immediately entered the orthodontic residency program at the University of Alabama School Of Dentistry. She completed the three year residency program in April, 2006, earning her M.S. degree with her master’s thesis entitled, “Genetic Predisposition of Facial Growth Patterns: concordance among siblings.” In May, 2006, Dr. Limbaugh completed the Phase II written examination of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Lindsay Limbaugh married her fellow classmate, Dr. Matt Limbaugh, a native of Huntsville, while in her orthodontic residency. Matt attended a two year General Practice Residency at UAB Hospital and then moved to Huntsville to begin his dental career, while Lindsay finished the last year of her orthodontic program. The Drs. Limbaugh enjoy being back in Huntsville in their home in Hampton Cove and are proud parents of their only son, Brady. During her free time, Dr. Limbaugh enjoys participating in community services and spending time with friends and family—most especially her baby boy. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and watching Auburn football.
Dr. Limbaugh’s parents reside in Fort Payne, Alabama, and her brother (who is also an orthodontist) and sister-in-law have recently moved to the area. This makes it easy for the whole family to get together quite often and spend special times together.

New Patient Coordinator
One of the hardest working employees in our office, Debbie has 32 years orthodontic experience. Debbie moved to Huntsville via Memphis and St. Louis, and has worked with our team for over 10 years. She has 3 children, one in braces, and two that have beautiful Dr. Limbaugh smiles! They all enjoy boating and dirt bike riding. Coming from St. Louis, Debbie is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. “Go Cards!” Debbie is excellent with orthodontic patients of all ages; however, she is very good with “very young, squirmy kids with crazy teeth”.
We were very excited about Judy joining our team, bringing with her 17 years of past orthodontic experience. Her caring attitude and warm smile helps to make each patient feel comfortable. She and her husband have one son and live near Lake Guntersville, where any chance she gets; you will find her on the water boating with friends. Judy tells us that the things she loves the most about being an orthodontic assistant is being a part of giving patients a new smile and helping them gain new self-confidence along with their new smile.
Treatment Assistant/ Marketing
Becki has been a gem of a find for our office. She is a perfect fit with over ten years orthodontic and five years management experience. She worked as a treatment coordinator in Birmingham and was a customer relations manager for an orthodontic patient education software company. Wow! Becki will help you get acquainted with our office and discuss the treatment plans that Dr. Limbaugh has prepared. Her genuine interest in your happiness in our practice and knowledge of orthodontics make her ideal as “your friend in the practice”. She will do whatever it takes to make your experience effortless and memorable. Just ask her husband, Ben. They met at his initial visit! They enjoy their new home with their son, Sam, and Shih Tzu, Co Co.
Although Suzie loves meeting new people, in our office it is usually meeting by phone. We persuaded her to leave finance and sales positions to join our team. Suzie’s education is a BSBA in Finance from UAH. She and her husband of 25 years have two kids. Besides work and family, you might see Suzie teaching aerobics, biking, or doing a “little” gardening.
At Limbaugh Orthodontics, we do not want anything to get in the way of a perfect smile. We offer each and every patient we see a free smile assessment.
